The high growth rate & speed of implementation in Infrastructure & institutional segments in India is imperative as this is crucial input for economy growth in all sectors. The housing segment has seen unimaginable high growth rates with banking finance policies over the years and due to recession and credit risk, the private housing sector and commercial construction activities is moving with caution and might continue to see the trend of slowdown in coming years.
